Copy of a settlement between Ghulam Husayn, son of Lutfʻali Khan Sartip and husband of the late Shah Baygum, and Muhammad Khan Hishmat Nizam, father of the late Shah Baygum, over one-twelfth of Balavar village near Khuy, which he inherited from his wife, as well as one thousand tumans of the mahr and its interest, in exchange for five hundred tumans and the condition that Muhammad Khan waives his claim to the late Shah Baygum's dowry items.

In three copies: four Muhammad'uf brothers, Haj Baba, the late Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the late Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, and the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, jointly owned the real estate business covering properties in Azarbayjan and Islambul [Istanbul]. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Ghulam Husayn Khan's endowment, 1919
Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
